Preliminary Call

A call to determine if your goals and our services are the right fit for each other.

Consultation

An in-depth consultation with deliverables that include a client interview; documentation and analysis of existing site conditions and inventories; site photography & aerial photography where possible; and a preliminary design brief and/or landscape program with images of past work included for inspiration. This phase takes up to 2 weeks and the presentation itself requires a day.

Fee structure: Flat fee.

Master Plan / Schematic Detail & Development

Based on an agreed scope of work and necessary levels of detail, this phase can take up to 4 weeks or more and requires access to the property for observation through various conditions of weather, light and time. Deliverables for this phase may include plans, elevations, drawings, palettes, models and / or design boards with specific suggestions for locations of plant materials, built features, lighting etc.

Fee structure: Based on the agreed scope of work.

Pre-Construction Bidding or Tender

Based on an approved Master Plan or Schematic Development(s), Fiore Garden Designs and any required subcontractors will prepare documents for bid approval and vendor selection.

Fee structure: An hourly rate for development of documents required for vendor bids, site visits or vendor onboarding.

General Contracting and Project Management

Fiore garden designs is a licensed, bonded and insured home improvement contractor and oversees all construction, installation and vendor processes.

Fee structure: A percentage of the total construction budget.

Other Services

Sourcing and purchasing architectural elements, exterior art installations, furniture, planters or statuary.

Fee structure: A percentage commission.

Aftercare

ongoing care plans can be developed for local vendors or a Fiore Garden Design Crew.

Fee structure: Based on the agreed scope of care.
